Booking Guide
If this is your first time booking a session with us, you will need to book an Intake Session before your follow-up session. Intake Sessions are usually longer in duration compared to the follow-up sessions as the practitioner needs to go over some forms and explain the process of the needed service. This is also an opportunity to ask your practitioner all the questions you may have.
Intake Session
This is the first session after the consultation session. Your selected practitioner will inquire more about your background information during the intake session, such as family relationships, medical and psychiatric history. This is an important process to ensure your practitioner fully understands your concern to aid in the treatment plan and goals. Our intake prices will differ based on the practitioner assigned to you.

Follow-Up Sessions
This is where the therapeutic process truly begins. Along with your practitioner, a journey plan will be selected to track your progress. The work includes identifying root causes, nurturing coping skills, and learning to solve problems for the ultimate goal of self-understanding.
