Our clinical psychologists may use a range of evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy, among others.

Established in 2015, our practice initially focused on familial relationships. Since then, we have expanded to include over 10 practitioners with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Our areas of specialization encompass, but are not limited to: marriage and family therapy, self-care, trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, and other mental and behavioral conditions.
Moreover, our team of clinical psychologists can help with diagnosing and devising strategic approaches to support individuals coping with neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, ADD, and specific learning difficulties (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), as well as communication difficulties.
At our practice, we provide our clients with an extensive array of evidence-based services, including psychological counseling, art and child psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and coaching and mentoring support.
