All new clients are eligible for a **free 15-minute Discovery Call** before committing to any service.

## Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are 50–60 minutes. Rates vary by clinician seniority level.

**Journey Plans** are available for clients committing to a structured programme — these offer a discounted per-session rate compared to drop-in pricing.

Couples therapy sessions are typically 60–90 minutes. Both partners attend together.

Relationary accepts online payment via credit/debit card (Stripe). Payment is collected at time of booking.
