## Discernment Counselling

**What it is:** A short-term (3–5 session) process for couples where one or both partners are uncertain whether to stay together or separate. It is NOT couples therapy — it helps each person gain clarity, not repair the relationship.

**Who it helps:** Couples where one partner is "leaning out" (considering separation) and the other is "leaning in" (wanting to stay). Works best when the future of the relationship is genuinely uncertain.
