Senior Psychologist (Educational / Developmental)
Background
Jeanette is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She has a Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University, Australia.
Jeanette has a passion for providing therapeutic support to promote wellbeing in individuals with mental health challenges, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. She hopes to help individuals lead a life that is meaningful to them using treatment modalities that fit them best. In working with individuals and their families, she sees value and importance in building up the family unit as a cohesive unit and seeks to understand the perspectives of family members.
She has experience conducting psychoeducational testing for individuals who are gifted and talented and for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as dyslexia, autism, intellectual disability, and ADHD, across the lifespan. Using various cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments, Jeanette believes in assessing holistically so that different learners can receive support strategies that they need to grow and thrive.
