Local law and professional ethics protect the confidential nature of the therapeutic relationship and I understand that my wellbeing professional and other relevant employees of Relationary Sdn Bhd will hold in confidence all information obtained except under the following circumstances:
– where it is mandated by law or if there is discovered a threat to harm for the client or others
– when a client discloses intentions or a plan to harm another person
– parents or legal guardians of non-emancipated minor clients have the right to access the clients’ records
– insurance companies and other third-party payers are given information that they request regarding services to clients
– if a wellbeing professional finds that a child (or vulnerable adult) is in danger of abuse or neglect.

The type of personal data which we collect from you may vary depending on the nature of our relationship.
