Injila Saher has a vision to create an area of emotional freedom for every individual. She believes in normalising nurturing and fostering one’s Mental Health, and creating a space of Self-Awareness for her clients and assist them in navigating through their challenges that are faced in their daily lives. Having worked with Minor and Adult clients from various cultural backgrounds, she is professionally trained to conduct psychotherapy, using methods such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as psychological assessments. Enabling individuals to open a portal for them where they push themselves to strive towards their abilities and get in touch with their inner self and ways to manage various situations.
