Career Counselling: Stop Guessing.Start Moving.

Structured career counselling in Subang Jaya and online across Malaysia, built to name the block and set a decision plan around it.

Career counselling at Relationary is not a place to vent about work. It is a structured process to find the actual block, whether that is direction, burnout, or a decision you have been avoiding, and build a plan around it.

    What We Work With

Some clients need one session to think out loud before committing to anything further. Others are mid-transition and need a structured programme over several weeks. Some want ongoing support as they navigate a longer change. We work at whichever pace fits your situation.

    • Returning to work after a break (maternity, illness, redundancy)

Navigating a Career Change: When Thinking Alone Stops Working

A career change is rarely one decision. It is a tangle of money, identity, family expectations and fear of regret, and most people churn through it alone for months. Career counselling gives that tangle a structure: what is actually driving the urge to move, what you would be giving up, what you would be moving toward, and what a testable first step looks like before you resign anything.

The pattern we see most in Malaysia is the mid-career professional who has done everything right and feels flat anyway, and the early-career client whose chosen path was chosen for them. Both are career direction problems, not character flaws, and both respond to structured work. If the block turns out to be burnout or something deeper than the job, we say so and bring in the right clinical support rather than stretching coaching past its limits.
