Is the EAP truly confidential from our HR team?
Yes. Relationary never shares individual session content, attendance records, or clinical information with your organisation. We provide only anonymised, aggregate utilisation reports to HR — with no personally identifiable data.
Can employees choose their own therapist?
Yes. Employees browse our panel of licensed practitioners and select based on language preference, gender, specialisation, and session format (in-person or online).
How quickly can employees access support?
Standard appointments are available within 3–5 working days. For urgent or crisis situations, same-week access is prioritised. Crisis support is available for enrolled organisations.
How quickly can we launch an EAP?
Most organisations are live within 2–3 weeks of contract finalisation. We handle employee onboarding briefings as part of the setup.
Do you serve employees working remotely or outside Klang Valley?
Yes. All Relationary services are available online via our secure video platform. We serve employees across Malaysia and internationally.
