Relationary's practice is in Subang Jaya, roughly 25 to 40 minutes from most of Kuala Lumpur depending on where you start and when you travel. Our KL clients come to the centre for in person sessions, or they see the same clinicians online. We are direct about this rather than implying a clinic we do not have: there is no Relationary branch inside Kuala Lumpur, and there does not need to be one for you to be seen properly. Plenty of clients from Bangsar, Mont Kiara, KL Sentral, Cheras and Ampang do the drive once and then decide, session by session, whether the next one is in person or online.

How much does therapy cost in Kuala Lumpur?
Our rates do not change with your postcode. Consultations start at RM 150 for 30 minutes with an individual, RM 250 for 60 minutes for child and youth work, and RM 300 for 60 minutes for couples and family. Therapy sessions start at RM 200 for individual and child work and RM 390 for couples and family. Journey Plans reduce the per session rate by 10% to 25%. The first 15-minute call is free.
Can I see a psychologist in KL online instead of travelling?
Yes. Every programme we run is available fully online, and a large share of our Kuala Lumpur clients never come to the centre at all. The clinician, the treatment plan, the assessments and the results guarantee are identical. Sessions run by secure video, and evening slots exist specifically so the commute is not the deciding factor.
Are your therapists registered in Malaysia?
Yes. Every clinician is registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia or the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council, and you can verify any registration directly with those boards rather than taking our word for it. How long does it take to get to you from KL city centre?
Around 30 minutes from KL Sentral or Bangsar outside peak hours via the Federal Highway, and 40 to 50 minutes in evening traffic. Coming from Mont Kiara or Damansara the LDP is usually faster. If that is not workable on a given week, take that week's session online. Clients switch between the two constantly and nobody has to justify it.
