1. The Agreement

The following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access and use of our online platform through which counseling and psychological services may be provided (collectively the "Platform"). The Platform may be provided via multiple websites or applications, including relationary.com.

By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of this Agreement, you must not access the Platform.

2. Counselors & Services

The Platform connects you with a Counselor who will provide services through the Platform ("Counselor Services"). We require every Counselor to be an accredited, trained, and licensed professional (PhD / PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar).

Counselors are independent providers and are neither our employees nor agents. The Platform's role is limited to enabling Counselor Services; the services themselves are the responsibility of the Counselor.

3. Privacy & Security

Safeguarding your information is extremely important to us. Information about our security and privacy practices can be found on our Privacy Policy.

By agreeing to this Agreement, you are also agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and deemed a part of this Agreement.

4. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party content, products, or advertisements. We have no responsibility for the creation of such content and will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by third-party content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Our aggregate liability for damages arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total amount of money paid by you through the Platform in the 3 months prior to the date of the claim.

6. Your Account & Conduct

You confirm that you are legally able to consent to receive Services and that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and are liable for all activities performed under your account.

7. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Fees paid for sessions, packages, or services rendered through Relationary are non-refundable in cash, except where explicitly required by applicable law. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice will be credited to your account for use toward future sessions or services; cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or missed sessions without notice, are not eligible for credit or refund. Overpayments, unused package sessions, refunds of all types, and discontinued services are similarly handled through account credit rather than cash reimbursement, and any such credit remains valid for use within your account in the currency in which it was issued. Where a payment error occurs on our part, we will correct the charge directly rather than issue a cash refund, unless a refund is the only appropriate remedy. This policy exists to allow us to reserve clinical time responsibly on your behalf and to maintain fair scheduling for all clients.
